The Two-Handed Swordsman is the first Imperial Age upgrade in the Swordsman Line. All civilizations have access to this upgrade. Still rather uncommonly used as civilizations who don't get the Champion upgrade seldom resort to this as their main unit. If Two-Handed Swordsmen are needed, it is advisable to research the Champion upgrade as soon as possible.

Use in Combinations
Best used with Archer Line units and to support Siege Units. Good against skirmishers and other trash type units. Especially used to counter Eagle Warriors, though not as strong as Champions.
